Lapis Lazuli
A rare but well known mineral for it’s deep blues and classic speckles of shining pyrite. Often considered a Goddess stone, associated with Athena, Hathor, Thoth, Hera & more. Throughout cultures, ancient civilizations have always cherished the royal blue hue of Lapis.
Lapis is associated with the third eye, wisdom, truth seeking, the written word, divinity and the night sky. During the Renaissance Lapis was ground into fine pigments used in paintings by old masters.
This piece is handwoven in Solid 0.925 Sterling Silver. Any sterling safe polish will restore it’s beautiful shine, but cream and liquid polish is recommended. Be aware not all polishes are safe for all minerals; always check your polish!
